a2b Fulfillment, an award-winning provider of order fulfillment, value-adding services and customer care, has made the pledge to Stay Safe to Stay Open.
The pledge is the result of a partnership between the Salt Lake City, Utah Chamber of Commerce and the Utah Department of Health. It is a statewide campaign to meet the critical imperatives of helping Utah address the health-related objectives to prevent and recover from the coronavirus while at the same time assisting the business community in an effort to appropriately strengthen the economy in Utah.
As part of the pledge, participating businesses like a2b make the promise to follow state health guidelines to protect the local community. The commitment includes practicing seven safe habits as outlined by the Utah Leads Together plan: “Check symptoms before work and stay home when sick; Wash our hands frequently and avoid touching face and eyes; Practice physical distancing including wearing face coverings in close common areas; Learn about high-risk groups and help protect them; Cover our mouths when we cough or sneeze; Clean high touch surfaces frequently; (and) Follow public health guidelines as updated.”
a2b Fulfillment opened its Ogden, Utah location in 2018. The company has additional facilities in Georgia, South Carolina and Canada, all of which are committed to the pledge to Stay Safe to Stay Open.
“We feel very privileged that we are able to continue to provide service for our clients during these challenging times,” explains Ayal Latz, President of a2b Fulfillment. “By maintaining a safe atmosphere for our employees, we believe we can continue to contribute to the economy but also do our part in keeping our local communities safe.”
