The week before Thanksgiving, the a2b Fulfillment staff gathered together for the annual potluck holiday lunch to share their favorite dish. As always, the spread of food was both delicious and abundant. Options ranged from turkey and southern fried chicken to green beans, collards and macaroni and cheese. There was also a full table of desserts to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth.
The lunch is always a special time for each of the departments to take a pause from their busy work environment and enjoy food and fellowship with one another. This year we asked a few of our employees to share some thoughts on what makes them thankful this holiday season.
“This year I want to give thanks for my family, our health and because we remain united despite the distance. I give thanks for my old friends and for the new ones entering my life. I want to especially give thanks to a2b for giving me the opportunity to be a part of their great team and for believing in me as a professional despite my limitations with the English language. Thankful for having a better job this year, new friends and better opportunities for my family!” – Rosi, IT Systems Analyst.
