Returns and Refurbishment

Returns and Refurbishment, also known as Reverse Logistics is an unfortunate part of most campaigns.  How a company handles their returns affects the bottom line directly.  At a2b we’ve applied the same passion that we have for creating efficient Order Fulfillment to the Returns process.  Our program Returns to Profit accomplishes multiple goals as follows:

    • Emailing or mailing the prepaid return label is fast and easy through our streamlined web portal, which is designed for maximum efficiency.    
    • Proactive email notifications are sent to the customer during the return process keeping them informed.  This includes verification that the package is in the mail-stream and also when the package arrives at our facility. 
    • a2b processes returns quickly, within 24-48 hours. 
  3. Reduce return postage/freight costs.
    • This solution is 53% less expensive than initiating a UPS Call Tag.
  4. Gain incremental revenue from Customer-Paid Returns.
    • Offer customers the convenience of a prepaid label for a fee.  For example, if the return postage costs $7.00, offer the customer a convenient, prepaid label for the low price of $12.00.  The customer avoids having to make a label, apply postage and wait in line at the post office.  The customer is satisfied. .  You gain incremental revenue.  Everyone wins.  The process can be accomplished by refunding the customer the purchase price, less the label fee or via a new transaction.
  5. Reuse and Renew returned product.
    • a2b has a decade of experience with product return disposition and refurbishment.  Our specialized staff is trained to follow your unique and customizable disposition instructions. 
    • Returned product in new/unused condition is returned to inventory or put back into stock immediately upon receipt allowing it to be resold quickly.
    • Returned product that has been opened/used can be broken-down and sorted good/bad for possible reuse (as applicable).
    • Used, damaged or defective items can be refurbished or salvaged for parts (as applicable).
